Success story/lesson from this: I have an elderly patient who needs oxygen. Her wife was given a 902 (which I hate.......), to phone and nobody answered!,
So she phoned me "the guardian angel" at midday, I googled the company and found no normal number...ufffff
I was on the road, so I couldn't call any of these 902 numbers from my mobile phone ( Is that a self imposed restriction on movistar?), So my only chance was actually going to the places, I went to one nearby first, no luck, didn't deliver outside of malaga city. they gave me two more names, but with 902 numbers!!! ahhhhgggg!
The two were 20 miles away ! in the parque tecnologico, so there I went, thanks GPS!!!
Finally I found the company, and the employees where astounded to see somebody there In the middle of nowhere). I did the prescription for the oxygen and stayed until i was sure everything was OK... by this time it was 16:00 Hrs!
the next day, oxygen fully set up at home and patient feeling like "new"!-I love my job!!
Lesson from this: in the very rare occasion that you would need private oxygen (it's usually done through the seg social) and the 902 numbers don't answer you, take your time and try to find a normal 95 number, or if you can, get somebody to go there.
