New percentages to pay at the chemist

Did you know that the law 16/2012 (the one that makes our system no longer universal..), changed also the % that you have to pay at the chemist?

There is a very interesting point that I did not know about, people who are unemployed and have used up all of their helps are entitled to free medication!.

The web is full of stories about problems with this, so I'll go to the INSS and ask around.
